I'm so glad you're here

My love affair with travel started with a panic attack in an NYC airport when I was eleven years old. My family and I were going abroad for the first time, to Israel. I had never left the country, never flown for more than two hours, and had never left my comfort zone.

After my Dad expertly calmed me down, he walked me on to the plane where I found that my seat had it's own personal TV. MY OWN PERSONAL TV! I was hooked.

35 states, 23 countries, and 5 continents later and travel is my favorite thing to do. I love the discovery, the beauty, and the unexpected surprises that turn into the best stories. And for me, what has always extended my vacation was that I got to plan it for months ahead of time.

If that part, the planning, researching, and booking, does not sound like something you love, welcome. You are in the right place.

By learning what's important (and not important) to you, by understanding your reasons for traveling, and what your goals are for your trip, I will propose a unique itinerary that is authentic to you.

At every step of our journey together I'll also be authentic with you. I'll share my expertise where I have it and be honest when I don't. For example, there's a reason I capitalized CITY in "authentiCITY." Hiking, camping, and rural destinations are not my expertise. But that doesn't mean I can only help you with travel to major cities. As long as you don't have to pitch a tent to visit your desired destination, I've got you covered.

It's also really important that you know this handsome guy to the right. He's my husband, Mike, my favorite travel companion, my editor, my guinea pig, my selfie taker, dog dad to our mutt, Oliver, and overall best person.
